Boarding Rates
1st dog = $75/night
2nd dog = $35/night
3rd dog = $25/night
Boarding is charged in 24-hour increments based on your drop-off time.
Each additional hour beyond the initial 24 hours is $5/hour.
An example to explain...

If you drop off on Monday at 10am, pick up on Wednesday at 10am = 2 nights of boarding

If you drop off on Monday at 10am, pick up on Wednesday at 2pm = 2 nights of boarding + $20 (4 additional hours at $5/hour)

If we are able to accept your requested dates, you will then fill out a more detailed form about your dog(s).
Step 3
To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit will be required.

Cancellation Policy
Regular Reservations

Cancel 14+ days before check-in = Full refund

Cancel 7–13 days before check-in = 50% refund

Cancel less than 7 days before check-in = No refund
Holiday Reservations

Cancel 30+ days before check-in = Full refund
-
Cancel 15–29 days before check-in = 50% refund

Cancel less than 15 days before check-in = No refund
In the case of extreme circumstances such as a death in the family, flight cancellations, severe illness, etc... management discretion will be utilized. We are human and we know that unexpected life things happen.
